all pieces are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transit. I am not responsible for the actions of the employees of the post office/delivery companies & will only compensate if the damage or defect incurred is something I missed or due to negligence on my part.
an order may only be cancelled before it has been shipped. please allow 1-3 business days between purchase & shipping, and 3-6 weeks for standard delivery. expedited shipping is available at 5-10 business days.
please note some countries may take longer to receive packages coming from Jamaica, and once the item leaves it is beyond my control when it arrives. I apologize in advance for any unforeseen delays & thank you for your patience. some countries such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom do not accept or recognize standard tracking numbers from Jamaica. I apologize for this inconvenience.
due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:
- custom or personalized orders
- perishable products
- digital downloads
- intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
